Description:
Key accountabilities include:
- reviewing, drafting, and settling various legal documents, such as non-disclosure agreements, board resolutions, and transaction documents
- drafting correspondence, managing documentation, supporting the management and execution of key projects (including cross border work) and coordinating discrete workstreams such as due diligence
- conducting legal and governance-related research as required
- coordinating across various stakeholders in the broader legal team (Group and Divisional) and the business to manage implementation of key projects;
- maintaining detailed subject matter knowledge and supporting best practice and governance across the tea
