Responsibilities:
- Legally support the activities for our group of companies
- Conduct legal analysis
- Introduce amendments into documents
- Generate new draft contracts
- Develop and analyze contractual relations schemes
- Participate in negotiations, prepare disagreements protocols
- Handle contracts: delivery, services, loans, leases, NDAs, partnerships, advertising, sponsorships, organization of events, licensing, publishing, alienation of exclusive rights, and so on
- Give legal opinions on issues as requested by company management
- Verify legal compliance of advertising materials
- Advise on personal data protection
- Create user agreements, privacy policies, consent forms for the processing of personal data in relation to the company’s internet resources
- Handle complaints and requests from government agencies
