Experience in M&A, commercial transactions and corporate advisory is essential, along with strong drafting and project management skills.

In this role, you will engage with both national and international clients across a diverse range of sectors, including the banking & financial services, technology, food & agribusiness, infrastructure, health, real estate and retail sectors. You will have a variety of opportunities to work on interesting and complex matters, including M&A transactions, capital raises, joint ventures, commercial transactions, and corporate restructures. Importantly, you will have the opportunity to be a leader, taking ownership of matters, working directly with clients and mentoring the junior lawyers in the team.
