EXPERIENCE
As the successful candidate, you will be a mid-level lawyer, passionate about the planning and environment space. Your experience will sit across planning and environmental law and a background in both transactional advisory and litigious work would be advantageous. Whilst working across both front and back-end, a passion for litigious work is a must.
Responsibilities:
Due to continued growth and success, the Sydney Planning and Environment is recruiting for an enthusiastic lawyer.
Working closely with the team’s partners and supported by a dynamic team, this role provides an exciting combination of litigious and advisory work for a range of local government and developer clients as well as energy, resources and construction clients.
You can expect to assist with appeals across all jurisdictions of the Land and Environment Court including Class 1 merit appeals, judicial review appeals and class 3 valuation appeals as well as provide general planning and environment advice to clients.
