PROFILE & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Law school graduate and Bar membership;
- Over 3 years of professional experience in a reputable law firm, with significant involvement in real estate related legal services, in particular due diligence, legal advice and transactions;
- General M&A experience is also an advantage;
- Sound legal reasoning, thoroughness, in-depth knowledge of the Romanian Civil Code, very good legal writing skills;
- Fluency in written/spoken English is a must, any other foreign language is an advantage;
- Team worker, efficient, good communicator, flexible and adaptable.
