EXPERIENCE
As the successful candidate, you will be a junior lawyer, either newly qualified, or with one to three years post-admission experience working in restructuring and insolvency law. You will have strong analytical skills, excellent negotiation abilities, immaculate attention to detail and exceptional communication skills. Furthermore, you will be enthusiastic and dedicated, with a strong desire to progress your career within the restructuring and insolvency space.
Responsibilities:
Due to continued growth, we are seeking a Restructuring & Insolvency Lawyer to join our expanding Sydney team.
Throughout this role, you will gain exposure to high-profile cases, providing strategic advice and legal representation to our diverse clientele. You will work across an array of contentious and non-contentious corporate restructuring and insolvency mandates. Recent high-profile matters the team has acted on include the receivership and administration of New Wilkie and the successful restructures of a number of prominent Australian retailers including Harris Scarfe, Kikki.K and Seafolly.
