Responsibilities:
As a Navy Lawyer, there is no better way for you to be exposed to a wide range of legal issues in a relatively short time span.
You will contribute to Navy’s mission by providing specialist advice in the core legal areas of legal practice in the Navy, which are military discipline, military administrative law and military operations law. In addition to the provision of specialist legal advice, you may also appear as advocates in Defence inquiries, or as prosecuting or defending personnel before Courts-Martial and Defence Force magistrate trials.
