INVESTMENT FUNDS LAWYER, YOUR ROLE WILL INCLUDE :

• Managing prestigious cases related to investment funds, especially alternative investment funds (RAIF).
• Providing specialized legal advice on the structuring, creation, and management of investment funds.
• Drafting and reviewing complex legal documents related to investment funds, including prospectuses, fund regulations, and governance documents.
• Ensuring compliance with local and international regulations while safeguarding clients’ interests.
• Working closely with high-net-worth clients to develop tailored solutions meeting their specific needs.
• Participating in meetings and negotiations with clients, regulators, and other stakeholders.
• Conducting legal monitoring to stay updated with regulatory developments affecting investment funds.

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE, YOU MUST :

• Have between 4 to 8 years of experience as a lawyer in Luxembourg, with proven expertise in investment funds.
• Possess excellent knowledge of investment funds, particularly alternative investment funds (RAIF).
• Be registered on List I or be a Lawyer at the Court, and have the Bar in Luxembourg.
• Be fluent in both French and English, both spoken and written.
• Demonstrate excellent communication, legal drafting, and negotiation skills.
• Be able to work independently while effectively collaborating within a team.
