We are seeking an inspirational and dynamic Counter Manager to play a leading role in the success of the store/counter by leading, coaching and developing our team of Sales Associates to achieve all sales, customer service and operational targets. Candidates should have previous management experience, coaching and retail operations skills gained in a fast paced retail environment.

Responsibilities:

KNOW THE ROLE

Le Labo in our Brown Thomas Cork store are currently looking for a Counter Manager to join their team on a full-time permanent basis.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensuring a welcoming environment for client in the store
  • Sharing with the client his/her knowledge on the art of fine perfumery, on the brand, and on the collection, and create genuine, authentic connections with clients
  • Fully managing the lab: compounding perfumes, managing the ingredients and stock, labelling and boxing the products
  • Building client database by gathering all client’s information
  • Addressing and successfully resolving client situations according to company philosophy and escalating to corporate level for specific requests IN-STORE OPERATIONAL DUTIES
  • Upkeeping the maintenance of the Boutique (retail floor as well as lab area, stock room)
  • Monitoring daily, weekly, monthly sales
  • Ensuring full stock of merchandise on the floor and transferring from the stock room to the floor as needed OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES
