Locations- #Essen #Germany

Mandatory Skill: ( Stream Serv :Version 5.6.2 and above/ at least 2 end to end implementations on Streamserve)
Job Description :
- Sanity checks for all OMS systems (DE, NL, UK)
- Identification and fixing of errors in OMS systems
- Monitoring and processing of ServiceNow tickets (incidents, changes, problems, …)
- Communication to Business and consulting on new solutions or existing processes
- Support in tests on SAP systems
- Reporting of current status in daily operational calls
- Monthly reporting on key measurements
- 7/24 h support (on-call-duty)
