Job Description
Lumino Broadway Dental is currently on the lookout for an experienced administrator, receptionist or office manager to join the team as a Lead Administrator.
We are a high-performing team of professionals who take great pride in the services and care we provide our patients.
As a Lead Administrator, you are responsible for overseeing the administrative operations within a clinical setting. This role involves managing office functions, supporting clinical staff, coordinating patient services, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. The Clinical Administrator plays a crucial role in enhancing operational efficiency and delivering high-quality patient care.
This is a fast-paced role where no two days are the same. Therefore we require an experienced receptionist, ideally with experience working within the healthcare industry.

The hours for the role are below:

  • Monday: 9:00am - 6:00pm
  • Tuesday: 8:30am - 5:30pm
  • Wednesday: 8:30am - 5:30pm
  • Thursday: 8:30am - 5:30pm
  • Friday: 8:30am - 5:30pm

Qualifications

  • Previous administration and/or receptionist experience is a must, ideally within the medical industry.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Proficiency in using computer software applications.
  • Experience with file keeping and data entry.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee daily administrative operations of the practice.
  • Supervise and support administrative staff, including receptionists.
  • Act as a liaison between patients and clinical staff to address patient inquiries and concerns.
  • Oversee patient billing and insurance processing, ensuring compliance with payer requirements.
  • Implement patient satisfaction initiatives and handle patient complaints or issues.
  • Coordinate and manage office supplies, equipment, and facility maintenance.
