Description:
JOB DESCRIPTION
The Lead Advisor BI - GBS Global Process – Customer Care will play a key role, in supporting the end-to-end efficient process design efforts across the Customer Care processes. The role holder will collaborate with various partners to ensure effective and efficient process operations and identification and leverage of cross-process alignments especially in the field of Business Insight and Analytics. This role will greatly supply to address the need of advanced insight generation and forecasting built on currently existing tools, systems, and reporting. The Lead Advisor will contribute to the end-to-end designing of customer care processes in scope for GBS.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field, Master’s degree preferred: A high level of knowledge in business, economics, or a similar field.
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role: A solid level of industry and role-specific knowledge.
- Strong analytical skills: Ability to analyze complex data and use it to inform business decisions.
- Data-focused attitude: A strong understanding of the importance of data in business and the ability to use data effectively.
- Excellent communication skills: Ability to communicate effectively with various partners, particularly in explaining data insights and trends.
- Understanding of data connections: Ability to understand and explain the relationships between different data elements.
- Has a commitment to continuous learning and continuous productivity improvements
- Excellent attention to detail required

Responsibilities:
- Leverage existing tools and data: Use existing reports, data lakes, and dashboards to gather and analyze data.
- Create insights and trend analysis: Analyze data to identify patterns, trends, and insights that can inform decision-making and strategy.
- Forecasting: Use data to predict future trends and outcomes to assist in planning and strategy development.
- Create ad hoc reports: Produce custom reports as needed to provide specific insights for the Customer Care operations teams.
- Understand data connections: Understand the relationships between different data elements and how they impact the business.
- Act as a business analyst: Gather and analyze business data to guide strategic decision-making.
- Lead continuous improvement projects especially in the field of Business Insight and Analytics
- Maintain strong relationship with the various functions of the Digital Enablement team to develop the necessary reporting outputs
- Contribute to the KPI/Reporting automation efforts
