HOW YOU’LL SUPPORT OUR MISSION
We are seeking an innovative and visionary Lead AI Engineer to join our team at the forefront of pre-hospital cloud software solutions for EMS agencies, Fire Departments, and Hospitals. In this critical role, you will lead the design and development of cutting-edge AI-driven technologies that transform how first responders and healthcare providers deliver lifesaving services. By leveraging advancements in Generative AI, machine learning, and predictive analytics, you will create solutions that enhance real-time decision-making, optimize operations, and improve patient outcomes.

You will report to the Chief Innovation Officer. This position is based out of our Prague, Czech Republic.
Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of engineers, guiding their activities in developing, testing, and deploying AI solutions. Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and domain experts to ensure seamless integration, usability, and alignment with business goals, while fostering a culture of innovation and excellence within the AI team.
- Research and Development: Lead the exploration and evaluation of emerging Generative AI and Machine Learning technologies, conducting experiments and proof-of-concept projects to assess their feasibility and potential for integration into pre-hospital software solutions.
- Foster a Culture of AI Innovation: Empower cross-functional teams to leverage AI across a portfolio of SaaS products by driving strategic alignment, providing tools and frameworks, enabling experimentation, and advocating for AI literacy through education and collaboration.
