ZDF Sparks was founded in 2024 - our data experts are an agile team dedicated to the development of AI solutions and algorithms for the media industry. We are focused on consulting, design and implementation of AI services, especially in the areas of algorithms, machine learning and data platforms for planning, communication, distribution and personalization of data and audiovisual content.

You join ZDF Sparks’ growing team of data experts and take a lead on end-to-end management of various AI projects, including:
-

Business development in collaboration with our main clients, including requirement analyses and solution designs in alignment with the customers’ business, data, and technology strategies.

• Staffing and operational management of the projects using agile methods and tools.
• Stakeholder management, documentation, communication, and conflict management.
• Leading and guiding technical teams to ensure successful project execution and high-quality AI solutions.

In addition to your role, you will also take on disciplinary leadership responsibilities for a Project Manager and a Data Analyst. You also take the lead in organizing knowledge-sharing activities to upskill ZDF Sparks employees and their customers on the latest possibilities of artificial intelligence.
