SKILLS WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• The right candidate should have 5 - 10 years’ experience in community development, social impact assessment, or project management
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks as needs evolve and effectively manage expectations of both internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in MS Office suite such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel
• Mining Industry background is preferred.

• Performance Monitoring: Track and monitor the progress of community development initiatives, ensuring alignment with project objectives and timelines.
• Social Project Management: Oversee the implementation of social projects; Ensure adherence to project plans, timelines, and quality standards
• Review approvals for submitting social impact studies and resettlement plans.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Prepare reports, data, and performance indicators for management.
• Policy Analysis: Analyze local policies and regulations to identify community development opportunities and propose necessary amendments.
• Prepare comprehensive reports detailing findings, recommendations, and insights from social development assessments.
