SKILLS WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mining, Business Administration, Operations, or a related field; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum of 5 - 10 years of experience in operations or compliance analysis within the mining or natural resources sector.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills for preparing reports and engaging with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and project management software.

• Monitoring & Analysis
• Monitor and analyse inspection and compliance activities to ensure adherence to regulations.
• Follow up on compliance issues and track resolutions.
• License Issuance Tracking
• Track the progress of license issuance processes, identifying bottlenecks and delays.
• Analyse trends in license applications to inform operational strategies.
• Reporting
• Prepare performance indicator reports detailing operational efficiency and compliance metrics.
• Present findings to management for informed decision-making.
• Process Improvement
• Draft recommendations for process improvements based on analysis and stakeholder feedback.
• Collaborate with teams to implement changes that enhance operational effectiveness.
