Job Title: Senior and Lead Architect
Location: Dublin or Cork, Ireland
Rate: €50 - €65 per hour

Dillon Engineering Services is proud to partner with a leading Engineering Consultancy, supporting high-profile projects in the Pharmaceutical and Technical sectors. Due to ongoing growth and a robust project pipeline, we are seeking an experienced Senior and Lead Architect to join the team.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 10+ years of experience leading architectural efforts in pharmaceutical or technical industries.
- Proven track record of autonomous leadership in plant design and coordination.
- Expertise in integrated design systems and multidisciplinary architectural work.
- Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
- Strong knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and risk management.
- Skilled in developing and delivering high-quality architectural designs and construction documentation.
- Effective communicator and team player, adept at managing deadlines in collaborative environments.
- Valid visa or citizenship to work in Ireland/Europe.
Responsibilities:
- Lead architectural efforts on major pharmaceutical and technical projects, showcasing over a decade of experience in the field.
- Take ownership of plant design, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams on-site and remotely.
- Oversee quality assurance for architectural deliverables, ensuring accuracy through thorough reviews.
- Utilize advanced knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit to develop integrated 2D and 3D designs.
- Participate in design reviews, risk assessments, and vendor selection processes.
- Support proposal development, including project estimations, designer work-hour calculations, and planning activities.
- Drive projects across all phases, from conceptual design to construction and completion.
- Communicate effectively in fast-paced environments, managing multiple deadlines and priorities.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulatory frameworks, and safety standards.
