Lead Automation Testing Engineer in Python

We are looking for an experienced Lead Automation Testing Engineer in Python professional to join our team.
As a lead in automated testing, your role will involve overseeing and implementing high-quality automated testing solutions using Python, with a focus on testing low-latency C++ applications. You will work closely with the software development and quality engineering teams, ensuring the development and execution of effective and efficient test strategies.

REQUIREMENTS

• At least 5 years of experience in automated testing with a strong focus on Python
• Demonstrated expertise in QE/Functional Testing
• Proven experience in testing low-latency C++ applications
• Strong proficiency in Python and related testing frameworks
• Experience in developing and maintaining automated test suites and frameworks
• Solid understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices
• Ability to lead and mentor a team of testing professionals
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Fluency in written and spoken English at a Upper-Intermediate level or higher

• Develop and implement high-quality automated testing solutions using Python
• Collaborate with software development and quality engineering teams to define effective test strategies
• Create and maintain automated test suites and frameworks
• Execute and monitor automated testing processes, ensuring comprehensive test coverage
• Lead and mentor a team of testing professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure testing requirements are met
