Lead AWS DevOps Engineer

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Lead AWS DevOps Engineer to join our team.
This senior-level role requires extensive expertise in building and maintaining sophisticated platforms using Kubernetes (K8S) and implementing CI/CD with GitHub Actions, Argo CD, and Helm. The ideal candidate will also have experience in monitoring and incident response using DataDog.

REQUIREMENTS

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in building and maintaining high-quality software
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in developing infrastructure on cloud platforms
• Expertise in Kubernetes, CI/CD implementations using GitHub Actions, Argo CD, and Helm
• Proficiency in monitoring tools, specifically DataDog
• Experience in handling large-scale software systems and leading transformation projects
• Excellent communication and mentoring skills
• In-depth understanding of various architectural patterns and associated tradeoffs

• Design, build, and maintain development infrastructure including API Gateways, Kubernetes clusters, and secret management software
• Develop interfaces through which development teams engage with the infrastructure
• Stay updated with emerging development patterns and platform evolutions
• Ensure 24/7 system availability and participate in a paid on-call rotation
• Collaborate with engineering and non-technical stakeholders to improve system scalability and performance
