Description:
Responsibilities:
- Prioritisation & triage of powertrain system issues identified on the vehicle fleet
- Ensure quality data is captured and problem definition described and logged
- Lead issue resolution, where appropriate
- Assist in identifying appropriate ERA, ICA & PCA’s
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders, developing positive relationships and ensuring that information is shared from and to the domain as appropriate
