LEAD BID TECHNICAL WRITER – EU INSTITUTIONS

Join a dynamic and rapidly growing team within a leading organization that works closely with European institutions. We are seeking a hybrid profile combining Author/Technical Writer skills with full-cycle Bid Management (A-Z) capabilities. The ideal candidate will also have flexible availability based on business needs and experience working with European Institutions.
In this role, you will lead the preparation of high-quality technical bid proposals and manage the full bid process, primarily in IT, digital, and communication solutions for EU tenders. This position offers the opportunity to drive growth by securing new projects through proposal submissions and stakeholder collaboration within European Institutions.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • You have proven experience in bid management, particularly in preparing responses for EU tenders, especially in the IT and digital sectors.
  • You possess a solid technical understanding of IT or digital services, allowing you to align proposals with client needs.
  • You have strong analytical skills to assess market trends and evaluate opportunities for tender submissions.
  • Your writing skills allow you to produce high-quality, well-structured bid documents.
  • You are proficient in English at a C2 level (or at least C1).
  • Having a working knowledge of French is an advantage.
  • You are a self-starter with the ability to work independently while also collaborating with cross-functional teams effectively.
  • You are flexible and can adapt to varying availability based on the needs of the projects.

YOUR TASKS

  • You will monitor EU market trends and changes in regulations, assessing tender opportunities to identify the most beneficial for the organization.
  • You will collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders, gathering information to align proposals with the company’s objectives.
  • You will produce compelling and well-structured proposal documents, ensuring they effectively communicate the value of our services.
  • You will manage relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring their needs are addressed throughout the bidding process.
