Description:

THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for a Lead Business Development Consumer EMEA to join our team in Luxembourg, Diegem or in any other EU Goodyear location.

CAPABILITIES & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • Bachelor degree
  • At minimum 6-8 years of work experience
  • Proven cross-functional experience in preferably sales, sales ops or marketing
  • Having functionally led teams or project groups
  • Combination of regional and country experience
  • Skills identifying key issues through fact-based quantitative and qualitative analysis
  • Ability to communicate with colleagues in both business and technical roles
  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously and drive projects to completion
  • Strong written, verbal, presentation and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong understanding of systems SAP, EDW, Tableau, AWS, JIRA and process

Responsibilities:

  • Audit, benchmark, compare go-to-market models and recommend go-to-market strategy for specific sales channel for example sell through or retail channel.
  • Audit, benchmark, compare Sales Channel Efficiency and contribution to PBU performance.
  • Audit, benchmark, compare Sales Area Efficiency within specific channel
  • Execute Value Creating projects for specific sales channel, e.g. WSI 2.0., optimized distribution strategies (CTS) with support for relevant functions
  • Execute Business Development Projects related to its specific channel with support of relevant functions
