Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 2+ years of Workday experience
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience with HR process design and product management
- Experience with the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery module
- Experience with Workday HCM
- Experience with Service Delivery operations
- Process design experience
- Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) skills

Responsibilities:
The Wells Fargo HR Operations team is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant to help drive the evolution of our delivery model, processes and technology. In this role you will own and manage a portfolio of HR Operations projects and initiatives, partner with business leaders to redesign processes and utilize data and analytics to improve the employee and manager experience.
In this role, you will:
- Lead a variety of assigned projects and programs in HR Service Delivery to ensure success in meeting business goals and objectives.
- Identify and lead initiatives related to process improvement and HR service optimization.
- Review and research strategies and action plans to establish effective processes while meeting performance metrics
- Utilize independent judgment to guide moderate risk deliverables
- Analyze business problems, document and recommend solutions
- Present recommendations to develop, implement, and monitor strategic approaches, effectiveness of support function, and business performance improvement opportunities
- Collaborate and consult with leaders and executive management on matters of significance regarding strategic approaches, effectiveness of support function, and business performance or improvement
- Use data to tell the story, identify and address opportunities within the process.
- Provide work direction to less experienced Strategy and Execution staff
