Responsibilities:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant as an Issue Management Program Manager in Consumer Lending as part of Merchant Services.

In this role, you will:

  • Manage an inventory of issues, corrective actions, and controls for aligned RAUs and support RAU owners with mitigating their risks.
  • Lead cross functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute a variety of programs, services and initiatives
  • Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate
  • Review strategic approaches and effectiveness of support function and business performance
  • Perform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues, and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations
  • Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of business group’s functional area or products, facilitate decision making and issue resolution, and support implementation of developed solutions and plans
  • Collaborate and consult with members of the Business Execution team and team leaders to drive strategic initiatives
  • Influence, guide and lead less experienced Strategy and Execution staff within the group

Job Duties Include:

  • Manage an end-to-end inventory of issues, corrective actions, and controls for aligned RAUs and support RAU owners with mitigating their risks.
  • Establish and drive quality and consistency across issue management program
  • Facilitate identification of new issues and development of action plans
  • Review new issues and corrective actions for root cause ensuring gaps are closed within issues management process
  • Pre-verify Issue Management milestones for quality and consistency and provide credible challenge to issue and corrective action owners
  • Deliver business level reporting, reviewing for purposes of monitoring, escalation of off track issues or corrective actions and governance
  • Identify observations, themes and trends acting as an advisor to frontline teams.
  • Develop risk mitigation strategies for complex and highly integrated business specific risks

Salary range is determined by location of the job. May be considered for a discretionary bonus, Restricted Share Rights, or other long - term incentive awards.
