$96,600.00 - $171,800.00

- Strong problem solving, attention to detail, decision making and analytical skills with ability to turn findings into strategic imperatives
- Experience navigating through ambiguity
- Strong business acumen with the ability to influence and lead without authority within a matrixed environment
- Experience presenting information in a manner that persuades, educates, and enhances understanding at all levels
- Virtual leadership experience with ability to effectively drive results, provide feedback, direction, and manage and build relationships with leaders, senior level stakeholders and team members while operating in an ambiguous environment
- Master’s Degree, MBA or higher preferre
Responsibilities:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant to join the Personal Lending team within Consumer Lending. This strategic role will be responsible for the POS Financing product, offers, and financial performance.

Within Consumer Lending, the Personal Lending team is responsible for Personal Loans, Flex Loans and Point of Sale Financing. In this role, you will:
- Developing or influencing business plans, product requirements, and evaluations of new product lines and product expansions; measurement of impact of new product launches and capabilities
- Using data and cost benefit analysis to inform product roadmap and features
- Assessing offers and performance, creating pricing strategies
- Market, industry and competitive analysis to identify trends, issues and opportunities associated with Point of Sale/Retail Financing
- Developing and leveraging consumer and merchant segmentation analysis, behavior analysis, voice of customer analysis to inform product roadmap and features
- Identifying opportunities for improvement across all P&L levers, helping to drive and implement those opportunities in collaboration with cross functional teams
