Responsibilities:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Process Support Specialist for

Implementing the Process Ownership/Management structure is critical to building and maintaining a well-functioning operational risk framework within Market Coverage and Specialized Industries. Process Managers will be responsible for maintaining like groups of processes within the Process Owner’s suite. Activities consist of defining process and control issues including Corrective Action ownership; setting and reviewing key performance indicators; engaging in process improvement activities to ensure controls are built and/or maintained; providing control guidance and governance; RCSA activities including Annual Refresh; and documenting and maintaining process maps.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead complex initiatives related to various operational processes pertaining to the Relationship Management and Account Origination, Execution, and Onboarding Risk Assessable Units including: corrective action ownership, control governance, process mapping and maintenance, ORKRIs, and RCSA activities
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements within the portfolio
  • Verify compliance and report identified issues for resolution
  • Make decisions on complex process issues
  • Develop expertise in the policies, procedures and compliance requirements
  • Lead team and serve as a subject matter expert for the department
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, internal partners and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
  • Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures and compliance requirements
