Responsibilities:
- Define the local Marketing plan in line with the Commercial EMEA Business Unit and the Commercial EMEA Marketing strategy and objectives including campaigns, content, events, and digital initiatives. Implement the Marketing activation plan for Commercial Products, Solutions and Services (Truck and OTR). Localize and deploy centrally created Marketing collaterals. Create local Marketing collaterals in addition if necessary.
- Activate digital Marketing strategy through local initiatives such as sellout campaigns, CRM, website content management, traffic analysis, SEO, SEA, and social media.
- Work closely with the sales teams (Truck and OTR Replacement and Fleet Mobility), enabling them to meet their business objectives by providing them with appropriate guidance, tools, materials, and presentations.
- Define, control, and report the Marketing budget. Ensure optimized use of the Marketing budget and that the latter remains inside of the allocated budget frame for the country/cluster.
- Collaborate with the Communications’ Hub Leader to define a communication calendar covering traditional and social media coms in order to support demand generation, loyalty, brand, new products, services, and solutions introduction as well as support Goodyear’s thought leadership positioning.
- Collaborate with Sales Enablement to develop sales force capabilities to successfully bring to market the complete value proposition.
