Commercial Solutions Lead
The primary objective of this role is to oversee and improve commercial processes across various locations. The Commercial Process Owner will focus on process improvements and standardization, ensuring the best solutions are proposed and implemented in different markets. is responsible for leading the team which works close in developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote PMI’s products and services. This role enhances brand awareness within the digital space, drives website traffic, and acquires leads/customers. The Digital Marketing Manager also identifies and evaluates space for process improvements and suggestions related to ways of working between GBS, global and market teams.
Principal Accountabilities:
- Support Process Standardization: Collaborate with various teams to create a standard operating model, process roadmap, and objectives within the defined area of the commercial process.
- Identify Improvement Opportunities: Analyze processes and KPIs to identify improvement opportunities in collaboration with service delivery teams and markets.
- Develop Standard Processes: Redesign and develop standard processes to maximize efficiency within the defined area of the commercial process.
- Documentation: Create and maintain documentation related to standard processes and analyze any local or regional variations.
- Training: Prepare and conduct training sessions for deployment teams, service delivery teams, and markets.
- Digital Solutions: Design and develop standard digital solutions and system enhancements in alignment with the process owner and IT.
- Process Backlog Management: Own the process backlog and ensure alignment of priorities between IT, service delivery, and deployment teams.
- Change Management: Act as a change agent, supporting the vision and strategy of the process owner and global process owner.
We’re looking for someone with:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, finance, economics, or a related field. Additional qualifications in project management or process improvement methodologies (like Six Sigma, Lean, etc.) are beneficial.
- Strong relationship-building skills, ability to influence and establish credibility, and experience working with global/remote teams.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Experience with digital readiness and data-driven approaches.
- 5+ years of experience commercial or supply chain. Experience in managing projects and people is an asset.
