  • Strong knowledge of broad-based compensation topics such as compliance and reporting, salary structure design and development, job evaluation, and analysis.
  • Experience in the analysing, design, and implementation of compensation programs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with the Global Compensation Partners as well as cross functions teams and influence decision making at all levels of the organization while maintaining a professional and courteous manner.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel required (Vlookups, pivot tables, advanced formulas, macros) and other analytical tools.
  • High level of integrity and discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information.
  • Ability to work in a rapidly evolving, fast-paced culture and meet time-critical deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and data integrity while dealing with confidential information.
  • Knowledge of HRIS (Workday or similar) and compensation information systems, preferred.

Responsibilities:

ROLE DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Compensation Analyst to join our dynamic Compensation & Reward team. The Lead Compensation Analyst specialist will play a crucial role for leveraging advanced analytical techniques and tools to provide deep insights into compensation practices, trends and effectiveness, enabling informed decision making and driving the evolution of our compensation and compliances. This role has a strong focus on EMEA markets and will require familiarity with pay practices, employment laws and Compliance changes across multiple EMEA markets.

WHAT THE ROLE INCLUDES

  • Partner with the Global Director, of Compensation& Reward, the wider Compensation team and business leaders to understand key business drivers and strategic objectives and develop analytics solutions to support compensation decision-making.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for compensation related matters across EMEA.
  • Conduct market analyses to benchmark roles and ensure competitive pay positioning across EMEA.
  • Partner with external vendors for compensation surveys and analyze market trends to recommend adjustments.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of regional pay practices, labour laws, and economic conditions.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive framework for compensation analytics & programs, including the collection, analysis, and interpretation of data related to compensation practices, trends, and outcomes using Internal and external data to assist the business leaders & HR business partners in making informed decisions related to workforce needs.
  • Conduct advanced statistical analysis and modelling to identify correlations, trends, and patterns in compensation data and provide actionable insights and recommendations that will help evolve Live Nation’s Total Reward Programs.
  • Monitor skill trends, and best practices, formulating recommendations for changes to compensation programs to reflect the most effective practices or to create most efficient processes.
  • Support company wide and division-specific procedures and guidelines to ensure compensation programs are internally equitable and externally competitive.
  • Maintain policies that contain compensation topics in line with any changes to compensation programs.
  • Contribute company data to annual compensation surveys and analyze those results in partnership with the Coordinator, Compensation & Reward.
  • Support and partner with the Global Compensation team and the workday team on the Annual and Biannual compensation review and process, including merit reviews/increases by markets, bonus planning and business reporting.
  • Provide expertise and guidance on job levelling, job evaluation, and salary structures to support talent acquisition, retention efforts while managing the evolving compliance analysis and reporting.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on compensation matters, providing training and support to HR Colleagues and Business Partners as required.
