Description:

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Have a degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with experience in Planning.
  • Have experience in EPC Planning and Execution.
  • Be familiar with P6 Primavera tool.
  • Have good oral and written communication skills.
  • Have good interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Have the ability to influence others and lead small teams. Lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact.
  • Have the ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously.
  • Have the effective problem identification and solution skills.
  • Have proven analytical and organizational ability.

Responsibilities:

As Construction Planner & Controller you will be responsible for :

  • Developing the construction schedule based on construction strategy, material availability and setting main milestone for construction phase.
  • Managing and controlling of schedule from structure arrival to module delivery supported by Primavera P6 and project control Tools (TCE, Oracle; Business Object; ASCP; Cyber-plan), required also to supports functions during project development and execution.
  • Leading weekly report to be shared with customer on weekly basis including key milestones, (like development of progress and reporting of progress and productivity).
  • Preparing of the project control documents in compliance with the project requirements.
  • Ensuring operational alignment with production plan and KPIs. Optimizing inventory and process improvements.
  • Estimating of Sales and inventory level on monthly basis.
  • Setting the transportation plan and strategy with Operation leader and contractors.
  • Making the strategic and operation plan. Monitoring and following up with commercial team on opportunities defining available slot and manhour estimation.
  • Suggesting improvements in products, processes and procedures
