Role: Lead Consultant-ADM
Location: Auckland, NZ
Salary: AUD (129311-142018) Annual Gross
Please Note:- The above salary range is only indicative and maybe subject to suitable enhancements, based on internal company processes.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• 12+ years of Telco domain experience.
• Liaison with client Product Owner/SMEs to gather functional requirements .
• Design a functional solution approach of the stories, together with the Solution Architect and Lead System Architect(s)
• Participate in workflow analysis and business process analysis
• Constantly focus on value-driven delivery, motivate the teams in delivering their commitment
• Liaise with all the connecting teams (scrum of scrums) to resolve dependencies and create the overall implementation roadmap
• Participate in Design Sprints

• Validate the functional design 8. Help prioritize backlogsEnsure best practices are followed

SKILLS /COMPETENCIES:Essential:

• Experience in gathering requirement for at least few large product development
• Defining Epics and User Stories
• Executed Scaled Agile Methodologies
• Excellent customer interfacing skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in conducting solution/product demonstrations, POC/Proof of Technology workshops
• Knowledge on Asana, Jira, Confluence

ADDITIONAL SKILLS:

• Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and Problem-solving skills.
• Risk Assessment for medium/large scale accounting client.
• Awareness of latest technologies and Industry trends
• Logical thinking and problem-solving skills along with an ability to collaborate
• Ability to develop value-creating strategies and models that enable clients to innovate, drive growth and increase their business profitability
