We are currently seeking a Lead Consultant to join the team on a exciting and challenging client engagement.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead change that provides valuable outcomes for the client and people within their company, forever, in an engagement with complex systems of work and environment.
  • Is accountable for the success of the Emergn consulting solutions in mid to large sized complex clients.
  • Ensures we delight our customers and retain integrity of our solutions by managing change solutions assurance services on an engagement.
  • Solves the complex problems we face in an engagement in conjunction with the Emergn team.
  • Establishes the Emergn team as trusted partners within the customer organization to ensure the successful implementation of solutions and change.
  • Ensures continuous improvement of Emergn’s body of knowledge, value propositions, products & services and working practices.
  • Is a leader within Emergn’s consulting practice – contributing to the development of consulting capability.
  • Manage the Solutions assurance, capture the measure’s check with the Engagement assurance team, lead the agreed actions (Stop, Pivot Continue) for one Engagement.
  • Generate the feedback on the success validated by measures from the experiments to close the engagement.
  • Create the client example as an output for packaging of the value proposition.
  • Harvest the content applied within the engagement for the knowledge base as appropriate. Feedback on the application of value propositions deployed in the engagement
