Responsibilities:

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING:

You will be responsible for overseeing Metcash and all convenience retail accounts. Leading a small team of 2, you will be providing excellence in consultative services, as well as developing and executing client and channel strategies to meet Circana commercial goals.
This is a great opportunity to impact both capability and content across gateway platforms, through partnering with Insights, Product and Engineering teams. You will also have the ability to integrate multiple data sources on one platform from front and back end.

Your day-to-day responsibility will include;

  • Building strong relationships with key stakeholders across a wide portfolio
  • Identifying client business opportunities or challenges, educating and demonstrating Circana capabilities/solutions to address these business needs by sharing Circana thought leadership and engaging subject matter experts as required
  • Setting and achieve revenue targets for the team, creating opportunities to minimise risk and adhere to necessary reporting requirements
  • Partnering with other team members of the Circana leadership group and other Circana departments to develop and execute the broader retail initiatives
  • Implementing and coaching others on best practice briefing process, analysis planning and problem-solving client business challenges
  • Inspiring and motivating the team to achieve their performance, growth and development objectives through consistent coaching and mentoring
