JOB DESCRIPTION

• Oversee the comprehensive management of all SAP projects, encompassing roll-outs, enhancements, and integrations.
• Lead the SAP Financial Accounting and Controlling (FICO) domain, driving financial reporting and compliance transformation.
• Manage the operations of all SAP modules, addressing bug resolution, change requests, minor enhancements, and training requirements.
• Act as the primary liaison with stakeholders across the organization, identifying process gaps and challenges to provide effective solutions.
• Maintain regular and transparent communication with all stakeholders, providing timely updates on SAP projects and operations.
• Collaborating with users to gather new requirements for SAP-related developments and enhancements.
• Understanding business requirements, assessing the impact on other systems and processes end-to-end, and providing optimal solutions.
• Managing the FRICEW object list, defining timelines, and reviewing functional and technical specifications.
• Effectively managing projects to ensure timely delivery within budget.
• Leading discussions and proposing solutions with stakeholders.
• Managing project deliverables to ensure the right solutions and timelines are met.
• Assisting the support team with escalations and any required help.
• Conducting timely reviews with internal IT and internal customers.
• Preparing and discussing project status reports with IT and user stakeholders.
• Mentoring and guiding the SAP team.
