As Lead Creative for one of evoke’s global brands, you’ll oversee William Hill’s brand communications, aligning creative vision with business goals. This role combines innovative thinking, strategic creative planning, and the ability to guide a team of designers, copywriters, and marketers. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Demonstrable experience in a senior creative or design role, with an insightful portfolio that showcases a diverse range of creative projects and innovative thinking.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), along with a sound understanding of UX/UI principles, broadcast and digital marketing, and emerging design trends.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience in handling stakeholders, managing multiple creative projects, prioritizing tasks effectively, and quickly adapting to changing priorities
  • A collaborative individual with a continual improvement mindset; knowledge of the gambling industry, sports, or gaming is highly beneficial for this role.

Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Demonstrate considerable creative influence by leading and inspiring the development of innovative concepts and high-quality designs for the 888 brand, ensuring alignment with brand targets and business goals.
  • Provide clear Art Direction to the creative teams, overseeing and consulting on creative outputs from inception to completion, ensuring consistency and excellence in all deliverables.
  • Execute creative briefs with precision, ensuring all work aligns with the strategic direction of the brand, and provide design sign-off as needed.
  • Confidently build, and present creative decks to senior stakeholders in partnership with the Brand Team, collaborating with marketing, product, and other departments to develop and execute the creative vision.
  • Engage remove entirely with creative tools, providing idea visualization, setting the creative strategy, and continuously seeking fresh ways to maximize the creative output of the William Hill brand.
  • Oversee multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, ensuring timely delivery in collaboration with the Project Management team.
  • Stay up to date with market creative trends, industry technologies, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for continuous improvement, while maintaining the integrity of the William Hill visual identity.
  • Serve as the ‘go-to’ person for idea generation, creative solutions, and guidance within the Brand & Creative team, driving successful delivery of new creative campaigns and fostering successful relationships across the Brand, Creative, and Business Unit teams.
