DELIVERING GOOD ENERGY STARTS FROM WITHIN

It’s an exciting time to join Origin. Creating a great place to work means together we’re progressing our ambition to lead the energy transition through cleaner energy and customer solutions. We’re always looking for better ways to deliver for our customers – and for our people.

Responsibilities:

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about the solar industry and looking to make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. As the Lead Customer Maintenance Administrator, you will be at the forefront of maintaining and optimising our fleet of Origin owned photovoltaic (PV) systems. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with our Origin Zero business, utilising agile methods and gaining commercial experience with solar technology and Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs). This is a 6-month Fixed term contract opportunity. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Engage with customers through phone calls and emails, responding promptly to inquiries, raising cases in Salesforce, and remotely troubleshooting solar systems.
  • Oversee the day-to-day monitoring of PV systems, addressing alerts related to faults or poor performance, and coordinating inspections, cleans, and on-site technical visits.
  • Leverage your expertise in asset monitoring, understanding solar generation curves, and interpreting reports to diagnose and resolve system issues.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including Invoicing, Procurement, Project Delivery, Sales Engineering, and Field Managers, to ensure smooth operations and quick resolution of issues.
  • Taking accountability for decisions that maintain system performance and manage remediation costs effectively.
  • Ensure all records and service details are accurately maintained in the Asset Management tool and generate insightful reports for management
