Responsibilities:
WHAT WOULD YOU BE DOING AT WOODARD & CURRAN?
Woodard & Curran has a phenomenal opportunity to join our Customer Service Department team at our Public Water Supply District #2 / East Central Missouri Project. We are looking for a Lead Customer Service Operations & Maintenance Technician who will partner our Area Manager and Plant Managers. In this role you will supervise, assign tasks and work with the Customer Service team. Employees who join Woodard & Curran’s staff find a culture that is welcoming, supportive, and empowering.
TYPICAL RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
- Maintain continuous communication with District staff, Operations Customer Service, and other project personnel
- Perform, manage, and supervise all aspects of meter reading, meter installation, maintenance, and replacement.
- Perform, manage, and supervise all aspects of water and sewer line locates
- Perform, manage, and supervise service orders and customer services
- Perform, manage, and supervise water and sewer tap inspections
- Perform manage and supervise maintenance of vehicles and equipment
- Knowledge of and compliance with the District’s rules and regulations and Woodard and Curran’s and the District’s Health and Safety procedures
