Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Technology Infrastructure Engineering and Solutions experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 3+ years of experience working with one or more of the following areas: Data Center Operations, Network Integration, Compute and Storage Infrastructure management
  • 3+ years of experience with Data Center Critical Infrastructure Systems (MEP) relating to power and cooling distribution
  • 3+ years authoring and reviewing design documentation, integration guides, rack elevations, cable plant design, and all associated modules utilizing CAD and/or Visio tools
  • 3+ years of experience leading a high-performance Infrastructure Engineering team
  • 2+ years of Vendor management experience
  • 2+ years of experience with Agile, Kanban, or Lean methodolog

Desired Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of application production support experience including technical troubleshooting and experience leading multiple implementations
  • Prior experience of with DCIM tools and BMS systems, specifically, Nlyte desirable
  • Prior experience with IT management software such as ServiceNow
  • Knowledge and understanding of Cloud computing, PaaS design principles and micro services and containers
  • Ability to influence and build relationships with stakeholders, communicate confidentially and professionally, and collaborate at all internal organizational levels
  • Familiarity with Data Center Critical Infrastructure Systems (MEP) relating to power and cooling distribution
  • Experience in developing automated processe

Responsibilities:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Infrastructure Engineer as part of the Data Center Integration Engineering.
This position will cover jobs which design, build, enhance, and integrate the technology infrastructure required to support various platforms and Wells Fargo’s business portfolio.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead complex initiatives to develop infrastructure to provide solutions for business applications
  • Participate in various projects intended to continually improve or upgrade the infrastructure
  • Evaluate internal and external software solutions which could be leveraged to meet target state architecture goals
  • Review and analyze high impact outages to ensure the proper processes and procedures are in place to avoid problems in the future
  • Design, build, deploy and maintain infrastructure solutions through collaborative efforts with the team and third-party vendors
  • Design, code, test, debug and document programs using Agile development practices
  • Make decisions in technical designs, implementation plans and identify project risks and resource requirements
  • Direct the daily risk and control flow of operations, focusing on policies, procedures and work standards to ensure success
  • Recommend courses of action to maintain cost effectiveness and achieve results
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
  • Interact with customer and vendor

Job Expectations:

  • Ability to work outside of regular business hours
  • Ability to work a hybrid schedule in one of the listed work locations 3 days per week on-site/in office and 2 days per week remote
