REQUIREMENTS

• 2+ years of leading and managing high-performance teams
• Fluent in English and French
• Strong interest in people management
• Process and result-oriented mindset
• Highly conscientious (organized, analytical, “can do” attitude)
• Proficiency in Windows, Google Apps, MS Office, and other office software Highly organized, attention to detail and focus on quality

THE ROLE

Veeva’s OpenData Commercial platform provides life science companies with real-time reference data across the complete healthcare ecosystem, to support their commercial sales execution, compliance, and business analytics.
The platform is live in 100+ countries and, as Lead Data Operations, you will supervise a remote team of Data Stewards who source, validate and update regional healthcare data. Your role is to promote a positive and rewarding team culture that is detail-oriented and strives for excellence when it comes to data quality.
As the ideal candidate for this role you will have a strong interest in people management, a process-oriented mindset, and an excellent work ethic.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Lead a team of 15 - 20 Data Stewards
• Design, document, innovate and optimize processes to ensure best-in-class delivery of data quality and efficiency
• Deliver on the team targets (quality, productivity, efficiency)
• Grow and develop your team
• Responsible for team process improvement, innovation, and team development
• Support additional projects and ad-hoc tasks related to Data Stewards
