As the DEI Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in advancing our diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across the region.
What you’ll do:
- Lead the implementation and evaluation of DEI programs and initiatives within EMEA, including training programs, employee engagement programs (with our ERGs), and diversity recruiting efforts that promote a culture of inclusivity and belonging.
- Build strong cross-functional relationships across the region to ensure our DEI initiatives are closely connected to our talent and business strategies (such as the region’s HR leaders, Communications, Legal and Philanthropy teams).
- Collaborate closely with our US-based IDEA team members to ensure consistency and alignment of initiatives across international locations.
- Monitor and assess the impact of DEI initiatives, providing regular updates and reports to stakeholders.
- Facilitate DEI training for new hires and team members in the region, as well as training to hiring managers and recruiters on best practices for inclusive hiring and unconscious bias, ensuring a consistent approach across all teams.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Strong understanding of DEI principles, best practices, and regulatory requirements within the EMEA region
- Experience implementing DEI strategies in a global brand
- Excellent project management skills
- Able to work independently
- A clear and effective communicator and collaborator
- Able to lead initiatives and programs across an organization and within teams
- Able to work with people at all levels of the organization and lead with influence
- A passion for people and desire to consistently be a positive influence on the community
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience
- 5+ years experience building DEI-related people programs
