Description:

Role: Delivery Service Partner/Lead Delivery Driver - Multi Drop - Self-Employed
Work Patterns: Our LD’s must work 6-days per week.
Contract Term: Peak
Average Earnings: from £150 per day (from £46,800 per annum)

KEY SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in a similar delivery driver role.
  • Prior experience in training or mentoring other delivery drivers.
  • Strong knowledge of delivery processes, time management, and certain geographical areas.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to train and mentor new drivers.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and solve problems on the go.

Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Supervise and support a team of delivery drivers, providing guidance and training to ensure optimal performance.
  • Route Management: Plan and optimise delivery routes to maximise efficiency and meet delivery deadlines.
  • Customer Interaction: Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, addressing any inquiries or issues that may arise during deliveries.
  • Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies, promoting a culture of safety among Drivers.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track delivery performance metrics, providing feedback and support to drivers to achieve targets and improve service quality.
