ESSENTIAL SKILLS

• Familiarity with SAML integrations and the challenges that these can present.

  Experience with REST API and Postman.

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

As a Deployment Engineer, your main gig is to make sure our SaaS (that’s Software as a Service) customers get those sweet upgrades smoothly. Plus, you’ll be the hero handling tricky deployments and upgrades for our on-prem (that’s on their own servers) customers. You’ll be in cahoots with our DevOps and engineering crews to stay on top of all the changes and releases.
Picture this: you’re the go-to guru for our Product Support team and the wider CS (Customer Support) gang whenever there’s a deployment hiccup or a tricky request. You’ll be dropping knowledge bombs and guiding both our team and our customers through any deployment maze with ease.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Making sure all upgrades and deployments hit the bullseye.
• Adding your touch to make our deployment process and pipelines even smoother.
• Schmoozing with everyone internally, building those strong connections, and crafting a killer personal brand.
• Being the go-to person for any random requests our customers throw at us.
• Tag-teaming with engineering and customer success to make sure our customers get what they need pronto.
• Being the MVP when it comes to sorting out deployment issues for our Product Support crew.
• Taking charge of postmortems and RCA (that’s Root Cause Analysis) when upgrades hit a snag, making sure we learn from it and get better every time.
