Make Posti your next big opportunity – join us to create the future Posti!
Are you an experienced frontend developer and passionate about design systems? Join us at Posti!

In this role, you will need to be visionary while also engaging in hands-on tasks and providing support and mentorship to other development teams. We follow a hybrid working model, with 2-3 days per week in the office.

What are we looking for?

  • Strong experience in software development, specifically in frontend development.
  • Experience in creating and managing reusable, scalable and optimized design systems, as well as processes around them. Tech stack is Storybook, React, Typescript, Figma.
  • Keen eye to design and familiarity with the tools. Any kind of background in design is a plus.
  • Experience in leading projects and collaborating with designers, QA and developers.
  • A proactive design system advocate, familiar with design thinking methodology, who believes in agile principles and actively seeks change.

Why should you join us?

  • You will have the opportunity to impact some of the most widely used digital services at Posti, such as OmaPosti, which has over 1 million frequent users.
  • You will be part of a community that sets the standards for digital front-end development, working alongside brilliant developers and designers. We also place a strong emphasis on the employee experience and all our managers undergo Caring Leader training.
  • We promote a diverse and inclusive work environment. Additionally, we are industry leaders in building a fossil-free future, with the goal of achieving net-zero greenhouse gas emissions by 2030.
  • As part of our employee benefits, we offer comprehensive occupational healthcare through Mehiläinen, ePassi benefits for culture, sports, and commuting, an excellent gym and group exercise classes at our Ilmala office, and lunch at discounted staff rate. You will also get to participate in events organized by the Posti Group’s occupational wellbeing foundation (e.g., amusement park days, concerts, sports events).

Please note that the application process may close earlier than the advertised deadline. We encourage you to apply as soon as possible.
We value diversity, equity, and inclusion in our work community. We encourage applicants of different ages and genders, as well as persons belonging to linguistic, cultural, or other minorities to apply.
