We are seeking a visionary Lead Developer (f/m/d) to join our dynamic Squad teams at our Vienna office! In this role, you will coach and mentor talented colleagues, fostering the right capabilities to achieve functional excellence. You’ll also dive into hands-on work, translating clients’ wishes into innovative digital signage solutions.

We are now looking for someone with…

  • Demonstrated technical leadership experience, either as a team leader or in a similar role (e.g., project manager), with good knowledge of the Austrian developer talent pool.
  • Extensive professional experience as a Developer, with practical expertise in agile environments.
  • You are familiar with version control systems (e.g., Git or Bitbucket), CI pipelines and automated testing
  • You value the importance of testing, clean code policies, and regular code reviews
  • You have the ability to think abstractly and in a solution-oriented manner
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken); German language skills are a plus

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a coach and mentor for a team of developers in Vienna, leading training sessions, facilitating knowledge transfer, and documenting processes. Expand internal know-how and ensure regular code reviews.
  • As needed actively participate in recruiting new “Grassfish” team members.
  • Innovate and address complex client requirements for our IXM platform (CMS solution) - we work with C# and Angular - bringing new ideas to life.
  • Swim in close cooperation with dynamic, international internal departments, enriching your daily experience and enhancing mutual learning.
  • Contribute actively to open discussions, where every idea is valued.
  • Regularly challenge yourself with new tasks and embrace continuous learning with and from your team.
