We are seeking an experienced technical leader to join our team as a Front End Lead Developer to evolve our product suite and user experience by designing and developing scalable and maintainable solutions for complex financial systems. As a Front End Lead Developer at ePayPolicy, you will join a highly collaborative and entrepreneurial team where you will play a pivotal role in leading developers in delivering secure, performant code. You’ll pair with members of the Engineering, Product, and QA teams on a daily basis, gathering requirements, defining technical specifications, and planning software projects that enable us to exceed our users’ needs by iterating on our current products and delivering new, cutting edge SaaS solutions to our customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of developers, providing technical guidance, mentoring, and support throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define technical specifications, and plan software projects.
  • Design and architect scalable solutions using Microsoft technologies.
  • Establish and enforce coding standards, development methodologies and best practices for the engineering team.
  • Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and identify areas for improvement.
  • Remain hands-on in your contributions by developing high-quality, clean, and efficient code.
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement effective solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Microsoft technologies, tools, and frameworks, and proactively suggest their adoption where applicable.
