We are building our team in Canada and looking for an experienced and talented Lead Technical Analyst 3 (TA3).
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Technical Analyst 3 (TA3) to join our dynamic development team. As an OutSystems Specialist, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and troubleshooting high-performance applications, ensuring seamless integrations, and delivering outstanding user experiences

Job Accountabilities:

  • Lead major system component design and implementation.
  • Mentor and guide team members for growth and success.
  • Define and drive technical roadmaps in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Make critical decisions on architecture and technology adoption.
  • Advocate and enforce coding practices and development processes.
  • Mitigate technical risks and optimize performance.
  • Lead code reviews to ensure alignment with architectural goals.
  • Champion innovation and best practices within the team.
  • Collaborate effectively across teams and departments.
  • Display proactive leadership and ownership in projects.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Proficient in at min 4 development languages.
  • Demonstrated experience in OutSystems development.
  • Advanced code architecture and deign skills.
  • Familiarity with user experience (UX) principles and their practical application.
  • Competency in development and UI languages with a focus on scalability and best practices.
  • Proven skills in troubleshooting and debugging complex applications.
  • Adaptable to change to change and evolving technologies
  • Intermediate written and verbal communication skills
  • Adaptable analytical problem-solving skills.

Requirements:

  • Post secondary education in computer science or equivalent experience
  • 5 plus years experience coding and data base programming as part of a project team.
  • Experience working as part of agile teams on multiples projects and participating in cross-team collaboration.
  • Leadership and coaching experience strongly preferred.
