POSITION DESCRIPTION:

As a Lead Developer, you will play a crucial role in driving the successful development and delivery of software applications within our organization. You will be responsible for defining the system scope and objectives for assigned projects, preparing detailed specifications, and translating designs into high-quality software. This position requires a deep understanding of both the technical and business aspects of application development, ensuring that the final products not only meet but exceed business requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Required Experience
• At least 10 years of Software development experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in using Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA) application(s)
• Experience in information system design, including application programming on large- scale
• Database Management Software (DBMS) and the development of complex software to satisfy design objectives.

• System Scope & Objective Definition: Formulate and define the scope and objectives of software projects in alignment with business goals.
• Program Specification & Design: Prepare comprehensive specifications and design detailed plans to guide the software development process.
• Software Development: Translate design specifications into robust, efficient, and scalable software. Develop, test, debug, and refine programs to ensure they meet the required standards and functionality.
• Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation at both program and user levels, ensuring clarity and ease of understanding for all stakeholders.
• Performance Enhancement: Continuously enhance software to improve operational efficiency, reduce processing time, and optimize resource usage.
• Technical Leadership: Provide guidance and technical direction to programming teams, ensuring that all project deadlines are met and technical standards are upheld.
• Quality Assurance: Oversee the testing and debugging process to ensure software reliability and performance.
• Mentorship: Instruct, direct, and review the work of other systems analysts and programming personnel, fostering a collaborative and productive development environment.
• Full Lifecycle Responsibility: Take ownership of all phases of the application system lifecycle, from initial analysis and design through to coding, testing, and documentation.
