Lead Developer/Team Lead – Frontend (React.js | TypeScript)

WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

a proactive Lead Developer/Team Lead to join our Tech team in Romania on a full-time contract (CIM). Whether you prefer remote or hybrid work, we’ve got you covered! You’ll lead a talented team, drive technical strategy, and build seamless user experiences with React.js and TypeScript.
As a key member of our tech team, you’ll play a crucial role in providing users with a smooth experience through innovative CARIAD/VW products.

YOUR PROFILE:

We’re looking for someone who is proactive, encourages knowledge-sharing & someone’s who fun to work with!

REQUIREMENTS:

• 6+ years of frontend experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Expertise in React.js, TypeScript, and modern web development.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and mentoring skills.
• Fluent in English and based in Romania (be a citizen or long-term resident of Romania)
