We’re seeking a Lead Development Integration Engineer to join our rapidly growing team. Reporting to our Development Manager, you will lead the development testing across multiple programs. Facilitating all test activities across the various systems and attribute targets. Performance, Efficiency & Drivability; Aerothermal, HV LV & EMC. This role will work closely with Function, Attribute & Simulation teams to ensure the most efficient development plan is in place.
This pivotal role will operate in a hybrid capacity from our offices near Leamington Spa. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work alongside some of the most visionary minds in the automotive field.

Responsibilities:
- Understands how Attribute & System tests fit within the overall attribute validation process
- Leads workstreams within multi-disciplined cross-functional attribute/system team
- Define appropriate test assets; Vehicle, Buck or Rig
- Act as a Technical Lead within a team of Development Engineers at various levels
- Ensure robust Engineering DVP & Asset timing plan is in place for all development related testing
- Support test facility utilisation and bookings to ensure efficient testing
- Ensure adequate test requirements and procedures are in place
