Description:
We are seeking a Lead DevOps Engineer to join our team.
The selected candidate will be responsible for installing and configuring cloud virtualized servers, transitioning applications and CFT flows to the cloud, and providing level 2 incident and request management for European countries. The role requires strong knowledge of application servers, middleware, and Linux administration, as well as the ability to analyze data to identify root causes of problems and suggest improvements.
REQUIREMENTS
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar position
- 1+ year of relevant leadership experience
- Experience with Citrix, IBM Cloud, Infrastructure & Operations, Linux Administration, and VMware Workstation
- Proficiency in virtualized environments and IBM Cloud environment
- Strong understanding of infrastructure, including network DNS, DHCP, and security
- Expertise in Windows and Linux infrastructure, CFT Client, and scripting languages like Shell and PowerShell
- Experience in project methodology, production support, and incident management
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- B2+ English level proficiency
Responsibilities:
- Install and configure cloud virtualized servers for European countries
- Transition applications and CFT flows to the cloud servers
- Provide level 2 incident and request management for European countries
- Communicate with the Cardif Business regarding integration matters
- Analyze data to identify root causes of problems and suggest improvements
- Assist users in subsidiaries with technical issues
- Adopt and apply ITGP OPS culture values and test procedures defined for the department
- Participate in workshops regarding relevant themes
